Join us as we celebrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ! This Saturday we continue our Epiphany sermon series “Jesus Walks in the Spirit”. As Jesus, true God and true man, ministers and proclaims his kingdom, the Holy Spirit is with him through it all. In Isaiah 61, we read the same prophecy that Jesus reads in Nazareth, describing the Spirit’s work to heal and restore. In 2 Corinthians 5, Paul tells us that those who believe in Christ are also made new in Christ and become ambassadors of reconciliation through the Spirit. In Luke 4, we read as Jesus brings his ministry to Nazareth, announcing his mission to bring good news and freedom through the Spirit. Our lives are lives of proclamation in the Spirit!
