Join us as we celebrate the Gospel of Jesus Christ! This Sunday, we continue our Lenten series “Christ Is Our Leader”. As we read about Jesus’s journey to Jerusalem in the Gospel of Luke, we reflect on what it means for Jesus to lead us through death itself and come out victorious. In Ecclesiastes 7, Solomon teaches patience and restraint over pride and anger, reminding leaders to temper authority with wisdom. In 2 Corinthians 12, Paul shows that God’s power is perfected in human weakness, teaching that true strength comes from reliance on God. In Luke 22, Jesus redefines greatness as service to others, modeling the humility that transforms leadership into ministry. Christ-like leadership is marked not by dominance, but by humility, faithful service and reliance on God’s strength. Pastor Alec preaches the message.
